Ferdinand and I ran the Violet State marathon in Woonsocket, RI. It’s an out and back marathon alongside the Woonsocket River. We did 12 out and backs. The race offered an earlier start for runners who wanted to stay out of the extreme heat they were expecting on race day. We decided to do the early start at 5am. By 8am it was scorching hot. This was actually the hottest race either of us had done. It was hotter than even Hawaii!
We had a slow pace for the race because of it. Here are our finish times and metrics:
Here’s us at the finish.
Here’s a closeup of the medal:
Overall a good race and I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a small race in Rhode Island.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD GWENEVIERE’S SONG
She was excited about releasing an album that she had just finished, but she passed before she could realize that dream, so we just recently released a single "What I Can Be" off of her album for her so that we could fulfill that dream for her. Download it here
Together we will save lives through early detection programs for lung cancer and brain tumors.
I ❤️ you Gwen.
